James and The Giant Peach

Roald Dahl’s enormous adventure James and The Giant Peach arrives on-stage in Norwich this October! In their most sizeable project yet, Norfolk theatre company Moss Banks Productions will present Dahl’s insect-filled tale, masterfully adapted by David Wood, in what promises to be a show bursting with magic, humour and excitement.

When James Henry Trotter’s parents are eaten by an escaped rhinoceros, he is sent to live with his two repulsive aunts, Sponge and Spiker. Miserable, James dreams of the time he spent with his parents, when he was happy.

Then one hot day, something peculiar happens and an enormous peach grows in their back garden. Soon James – together with a handful of very special insects and The Giant Peach – are all rolling away from his horrible aunts, down the hill, and off on an enormous adventure!

Don’t miss this exciting theatrical feat, coming to The Garage in Norwich, on October 18th, 19th and 20th.
