John Finnemore’s Flying Visit

John Finnemore, writer and star of the multi-award winning BBC Radio shows John Finnemore’s Souvenir Programme, Cabin Pressure and John Finnemore’s Double Acts, brings a new live show to the stage – John Finnemore’s Flying Visit. The show will be touring the UK later this year, appearing at various venues across September, October and November.

With the help of special guests from Souvenir Programme, including Carrie Quinlan (ElvenQuest, Miranda), Simon Kane (Angstrom, Time Spanner), Lawry Lewin (Horrible Histories, Doctor Who) and Margaret Cabourn-Smith (Another Case of Milton Jones, The IT Crowd), John will be performing brand new sketches, some old favourites and – unless someone can stop him – quite possibly a song.

Featuring Kirates, Red Trousers and the dreaded Angela Fish, the show will also include a live stage appearance from Cabin Pressure’s Arthur Shappey, the most cheerful, least helpful steward in the skies.

Kids are welcome, so long as they laugh in the right places. Actually, that goes for adults too.

‘One of the best written, cast, acted and directed comedies on anywhere.’
